Cancellation Policy
At ListMyProduct.in, we believe in giving our users full control over their subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees.
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- In-App: Open the ListMyProduct extension, go to 'Account Settings' or 'Subscription' and click on the 'Manage Subscription' link. This will redirect you to the Razorpay customer portal where you can cancel.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to listmyproduct.in@gmail.com from your registered email address. Please allow 24-48 hours for manual processing.
2. Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. The renewal date is the same day of the month (or year) as your initial purchase.
3. Post-Cancellation Access
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- At the end of the billing period, your account will automatically revert to the Free Tier.
- Your AI analysis history and saved data will remain available in your account.
- No further charges will be applied to your payment method.
4. Policy on Unused Credits
Since we offer unlimited analyses for Pro users, there is no "credit" to carry over. Your access remains active until the expiration date of your current term.
5. Subscription Re-activation
You can re-activate your subscription at any time by choosing a plan on our pricing page and completing the payment process again.
