At ListMyProduct.in, we strive to provide the best AI-powered listing tools for sellers. Because our Service is a digital product and provides immediate access to AI processing capabilities, we have established the following refund policy.
1. Digital Nature of Service
Our Service involves real-time AI processing using high-cost computational models (GPT-4o Vision). Once a subscription is activated, costs are incurred by the platform immediately to provision your account and enable AI credits.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly plans are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billings, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for annual plans, provided that you have performed fewer than 10 AI analyses during that period. If you meet these criteria, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Technical Failures: If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents you from using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated refund or extension of your subscription.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after using the AI credits.
- You failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Your seller account was suspended by a marketplace (e.g., Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon) for reasons unrelated to our Service.
- You violated our Terms of Service, leading to account suspension.
- You find the AI suggestions to be unsatisfactory (we provide a free tier for testing the quality before purchase).
4. Refund Process
To request a refund (if eligible), please email us at listmyproduct.in@gmail.com with your registered email address and transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay).
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and Seller ID lock.
